I went in expecting to need a new transmission but was very relieved when I did not. Bill and his staff diagnosed a bearing issue. They made the repairs and now my Mazda 3 is good as new. You hear horror stories about shops taking advantage of customers and making repairs that are not necessary. At no point during this process did I feel like I was being lied to. Bill answered all of my questions (there were many) and explained everything to my satisfaction. He answered a few phone calls while I was waiting and he took care of them with the same knowledge and patience he showed me. I would recommend them for your car repair needs.
